Policies & Procedures

My current turn around time on custom items is 7-14 business days. Ready to ship items will ship or be placed out for pickup in 1-3 business days. This excludes holidays and weekends. If you're item needs to be shipped you can expect roughly 3 days in transit. With the holiday rush please plan ahead, once USPS receives an item it is out of my control. I will be in office from 8AM-2PM M-F. I will respond to messages outside of business hours the following business day. Occasionally I will respond outside of business hours as life allows, but it is not guaranteed. Returns or exchanges are excepted of unworn items, with tags still attached, within 7 days of purchase. If you have an issue please reach out to me so we can work together to get it fixed! I really appreciate you all supporting my dream.
